Darlington, South Beaver, and Big Beaver
Windstream will provide new broadband service to 139 locations in these municipalities along the Route 51 corridor at the Wallace Run intersection, including Stitt Road to Constitution Blvd.
New Service Connectivity Opportunity Areas

Digital Navigator Program
Digital skill-building classes and access to equipment will be provided to residents across the county on needs like how to use the internet, access online platforms and services, gain job skills, and more.
